U.S. Shipments Only

For orders under $99, we offer ground shipping for only $16.95.
Standard delivery in 3-7 business days or less.
For in-stock items, our free ground shipping reaches any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states in 7 business days or less.
Shipping Claims
If your package is lost in transit, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can submit a shipping claim through our Customer Portal.
Checkout+ Package Protection
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides package protection through Redo. If you purchased Checkout+ and experience an eligible shipping issue, you can submit a claim through our Customer Portal. Once your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item(s) at no additional cost.
Claims for stolen or damaged packages must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. A package may be considered lost in transit if the carrier tracking information has not received an update for at least 7 consecutive days.
If You Opt Out of Checkout+
If you choose not to purchase Checkout+ at checkout, you may still contact our Customer Service team regarding a lost, stolen, or damaged shipment. Our team will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier and determining the available resolution.
International Shipments
Cocco Hair Pro provides the best to customers all over the globe every day. We understand that purchasing internationally can be stressful and would like you to know we are committed to helping at every step of the way.
Transit times listed on the website are estimates and will vary depending on your location as well as the amount of time it will take your government to process the order through customs. In most cases, orders take around a week to arrive but can be closer to two to three weeks to some countries.
You may be charged a duty (tax) on your order. We do not handle this tax and your local customs agency will charge you the correct amount per your local laws. It is your responsibility to review and understand these taxes when ordering.
Please note that our units are for use in the United States of America; the clippers and trimmers will have U.S.-compatible electrical plugs. Hair dryers and irons with the appropriate EU or UK plugs for your respective country will ship from our fulfillment center in Asia.
