Refund Form

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Cocco.

• You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to return it.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.

• Only items purchased directly from Cocco Hair Pro, or at a trade show directly from the Cocco Hair Pro booth, can be returned to Cocco.

• Cocco products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies. You must contact the retailer where you purchased the unit.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

• Restocking and processing fee of 20% + shipping fee of 16.95 (if Cocco shipped it for free)

• The processing period is about 2 weeks from receipt, and a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
