Warranty Policy

Attention! Please note that any Cocco products purchased from eBay or unauthorized third-party dealers will not be covered by our warranty, and we will not provide support for them. Additionally, Cocco warranty will not apply to any third-party Amazon sellers, unauthorized dealers, or websites.

Before making a purchase, kindly reach out to us first with the supplier's name and where the listing was found so that we can verify their authenticity.

Please refrain from purchasing Cocco products from unauthorized dealers, as they will not come with a warranty and we will refuse support.

As a general rule, if the Hyper Veloce Pro series is priced below $195 or the Veloce Pro is priced below $175, the sellers are not authorized dealers.

Cocco Hair Professional understands that Hair Tools are essential to the Professional Stylist. When you use Cocco Products, we want to ensure they function at their optimal performance for every service you do. Better tools equate to better Hair Artistry. That being said, products do stop working from time to time. Our warranty policies were created to ensure quick and easy resolution if this happens to you. We have dedicated more expertise in the warranty department to provide fast response time and quick resolution to ensure you have optimal tools, always.

Limited 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Cocco provides a limited 1 year warranty on parts and workmanship on most of its products (see exceptions below). This limited 1 year warranty is only available when purchased through an authorized Cocco distributor or dealer. Products purchased through unauthorized channels will NOT carry a manufacturer's warranty. This applies to distributors and dealers with their own online website. We have no authorized dealers on eBay; we will not cover any eBay purchased equipment. Any purchases made on non-unauthorized AMAZON third-party store, and other reseller platforms are NOT warrantied unless purchased directly through the COCCO store.

As customary, please fill out the warranty form, attach proof of purchase (receipt), photo or short video of the issue.  You will be given a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number) via email.  The warranty process will begin after we receive the product in question.

Please pay special attention and inspect your tool within 7 days from the delivery date. After the 7th day from delivery, we will not cover physical damage (i.e. dents or cracks on the body), the blade is chipped or broken, the blade pulls hair when cutting, the tool makes excessive noise, or the tool doesn’t cut properly. If there are any issues with the trimmer or the clipper within 7 days from the delivery date, please fill out the form below and submit it. One of our representatives will email you an RMA number. 

As for all other valid 1-year warranty claims except for the 7-day policy, please fill out the warranty form.

Our Digital Gap blades are our preset using specific instruments and tools and designed to work optimally right out of the box.  Therefore, do NOT try to reset your trimmer blade.  We DO NOT cover any issues if you disassemble or try to gap the blade yourself.  We have special testing equipment to examine and determine if the blade was re-gapped.

Our 1 Year Warranty Coverage

  • Tool gets hot
  • Tool shuts off by itself
  • Indicator light stays on
  • Tool doesn't turn on. No power.
  • Switch broken or fell off
  • Tool only works for a short period of time
  • Charging base doesn't turn on when plugged in

Claims that must be reported within 7 days from the delivery Date

  • Physical damage. (i.e. Tool has dent or crack on the body)
  • Blade is chipped or broken
  • Blade pulls hair when cutting
  • Tool makes excessive noise
  • Tool doesn’t cut properly
  • Other

The review process will take up to 1 - 2 Weeks
