There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Cocco: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. It has to be in unused condition. Only items that have been purchased directly from Cocco Hair Pro, either online or at a Trade Show, can be returned to Cocco. Cocco products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Products purchased through unauthorized channels will NOT carry a refund policy. This applies to distributors and dealers with their own online website. Any purchases made on non-unauthorized AMAZON store, EBAY, and other reseller platforms cannot receive a refund unless purchased directly through the COCCO store. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it.
